Oceania Cruises has announced it will be extending its cruising suspension to include all departures on Insignia up to 26 April 2021.
Insignia was due to make a 180-night Around The World Voyage departing Miami on 9 January 2021. The next scheduled departure for the ship won’t be until 18 May 2021, when it sails from Istanbul to Barcelona.
Oceania Cruises had previously cancelled Insignia’s sailings up to 10 November 2020.
To make up for the inconvenience of this suspension, guests who are currently booked on affected voyages that are paid in full will automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit worth 125% of the cruise fare paid. This Future Cruise Credit may be applied to any voyage on Oceania Cruises anywhere in the world through 31st December 2022 that is booked by 2nd September 2021.
Alternatively, guests who have paid their balance in full and would prefer a cash refund, can forfeit the 125% voucher and receive a refund within 60 days.
Guests who have only paid a deposit, or have not yet paid their final balance, will automatically receive a full 100% refund of all funds paid.
