Royal Caribbean Cancels All Remaining Europe 2020 Sailings

Royal Caribbean International has cancelled all remaining 2020 cruises and transatlantic crossings from Europe, as well as pausing operations worldwide until the end of October.

Allure, Anthem, Explorer, Jewel and Rhapsody of the Seas will no longer offer European sailings this year, instead resuming operations from the US at the end of November onwards once safe to do so.

All Royal Caribbean departures from the US have been cancelled up to 31 October.

The updated cancellations follow an announcement from CLIA and the CDC to voluntarily suspend cruise operations until 31 October as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause disruption for the cruise industry.

Passengers affected can receive a 125% Future Cruise Credit, full refund, or opt in to Royal Caribbean’s Lift & Shift promotion which allows guests to transfer to a similar sailing, keeping the cruise price and any additional perks the same as their original booking.
